Detroit chocolatier Bon Bon Bon is a small company with big appeal and a huge national customer base. They came to us for a website redesign, hoping to replicate their unique, ultra-charming brick-and-mortar experience for online shoppers near and far.
Our strategy was to design pages bursting with surprise and delight, leveraging Bon Bon Bon’s tactile, layered, personality-packed product and brand.

Bon Bon Bon is passionate about not putting customers in a box: They don’t sell pre-packaged or pre-determined chocolate boxes. Instead, everything is “handpicked to order.” So our team concepted and designed a custom box builder experience allowing shoppers to select chocolates for a box of any size and combination, up to 32.
A VERY BON EXPERIENCE
The end result is a shopping experience that beckons customers to play as they purchase. After launch, the site’s sales exploded, and – most importantly to Bon Bon Bon – the new experience aligns with their premium product and beloved brand identity.
