Both the concept and motion graphics design and development was completed by Skidmore and executed in a way that promotes further investment and preservation of the Arts. The design of the video evolved into a typographical display where the visuals mirrored the copy. Images representative of both conventional and non-conventional art was included to show the breadth of the potential problem as well as to remind the audience of art in unlikely places.
